Coming to the science fiction movies,there are hundreds of marvelous sci-fi movies like Aliens, Superman, Back to the Future, E.T. , Ironman, Hulk, Fantastic Four and the list goes on! But the one that i loved so far is "Avatar". I feel James Cameron (my Guru) gave us the opportunity of witnessing something that we all only imagined in our dreams.
He had scripted the whole movie in 1996, but because the technological advancement was not upto that level, he waited for the appropriate time to start work . The effects in the movie were breathtaking and hence the movie became one of the biggest success in Hollywood! Everything in the movie was fully CGI and the story demonstrated the greediness of humans and the extent to which they could go to satisfy their needs.
Directors came up with some great ideas trying to show the appropriate effects in their sci-fi movies in the earlier years. The most awesome being the ones in Star Wars of which Danny gave us the reference in the seminar.
